Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association Business Forum

Our local sponsors are featured in the attached Business Directory and Ad & Coupon pages.

Businesses are encouraged to become members of the Association since they are a part of the health of our neighborhood.

If your business would like to become a member of the Association, simply go to the Membership Application under the Get Involved link.  Each business will need to appoint a person as a representative for their organization.  We look forward to hearing from you.

NOTE:

The fall neighborhood-wide print newsletter will be mailed to all households from Powers Road south to Ponderosa and from 3rd Street Westto the River.  This area also includes the Elkhorn Estates Neighborhood.

We are accepting advertising and personal announcements now.  Your message will reach approximately 1750 households.

A quarter page ad sent to us in a tiff or .jpg file is $250.00.

25 words announcing what you do including your contact information is $25.00.

If you have garage sales coming up after October 7th, if you provide services for yard care or fall yard clean up, if you have a house cleaning service, if you do snow removal, etc. this is a great way to let your immediate neighbors know.

Likewise, if you would like to hire services, this is another way to let business people in our neighborhood know.  The cost to do so is $10.00.  For example, a request saying “Fall Yard Clean Up needed.  Inquire at (your phone number).” Is an acceptable $10.00 ad.    Another example is “Knitting Class Offered.  Inquire at (your phone number).”

With the exception of the $10 announcement, when you purchase an ad your information will also be placed on our web page in the business directory for one year.
