SEBNA had their Fall General Membership Meeting on October 17, 2007 with keynote speakers Captain Marc Mills, Head of the Investigations Unit for the Deschutes County Sheriff and Sergeant Mike Espinoza, Deschutes County Head of the Street Crimes Unit. They presented a fascinationg background on crime status in Deschutes County and graciously fielded questions from the audience.
