Not available and no quorum to pass, therefore, they were postponed until next meeting.

7:15 pm Report on Outside meetings since last Board meeting
· Report on Safe Kids information from last C&O meeting- Gary
Briefly, we discussed the concept of Safe Kids. One of it’s ideas is one specially set aside day to escort kids to school as a way to increase awareness and opportunity for walking routes to school. Also, this is a program to help identify areas that could use better sidewalks, etc. We will keep informed on the formal activities that exist and inform the community.
· Report on Winterfest Booth – Donna
Donna will take the 7-9 pm shift on Friday night. Berube’s are covering the 2-4 pm shift Saturday afternoon. Russ will stop by if he can sometime. We encourage any other board members to show up for a little bit if possible. Gary and Donna will work on a possible Larkspur brochure.
· Report on Weed-pull in Spring – Donna
-Solicit/establish coordinator for this function
Deadline to put our NA on the county wide flyer is April 15th. Suggested weed pull sites were solicited. It was suggested we check with the Fire Dept. and City maintenance and transportation groups to identify some critical areas.
Hal Puddy Park was suggested as a gathering place. If we have a good turnout we hope to send teams to several different locations throughout our NA. Bend High, Bear Creek school, Larkspur trail, and a couple key road ways were locations suggested.

Reed Market Road project has RFQ (Request For Qualifications) out. Engineering team to be selected by end of March, approved by Council the beginning of May. Public hearings, hopeful to begin early summer.
15th St/Bear Creek Rd. Roundabout and 15th street Extension - Final design almost complete. Construction planned for beginning of summer after school’s out.
- Landuse – Gary B. –
Gary attended a pre-application meeting for a proposed development just north of Reed Market and west of a proposed 4th street extension. 2,500sf parcels are proposed for this location. Other than this he has not heard from the city on proposed developments.

- Larkspur Trail – Barbara/Donna
Restated the adoption. Hope to encourage our members to walk the trail and be the eyes and ears for the Park Dept. Pick up garbage and report and problems.
8:20 ~ Discuss at Bylaw changes (Please review beforehand)
Postponed changes, to present to the General Membership in May, looked sufficient for now. We will vote on them next meeting.
8:30 ~ Propose agenda items for next Board meeting.

Russ reported on PO Box findings. Wilson Branch does not have PO Boxes. Waiting list about 1 month for City Pox. Gary secured a PO Box at Mail Boxes Etc. in Wagner Mall. They are donating it to us for our 1st year.
