Welcome to Larkspur Neighborhood Association!

The Larkspur Neighborhood Association is located in the southeast area of the City of Bend. Formal recognition was given by City council on January 19th, 2005. 

In October 2004, a meeting of 70 neighbors was called together at Bear Creek School. These citizens were very interested in what was happening in their community.  The Neighborhood association concept was presented and enthusiastically accepted. Bylaws and officers were nominated and selected that night. 

We have a very positive attitude and are enthusiastic to serve the city and our fellow neighbors. 

We look forward to being a vehicle for neighbors to obtain information, learn ways to get involved and serve their community, express thoughts, ideas and concerns, and have fun in their community.

The Larkspur Neighborhood includes the area as described:

Northern Boundary: Franklin Street from the Parkway east to 13th Street, and by Hwy 20 from 13th Street east to the UGB.

Southern Boundary: Reed Market Road 

Eastern Boundary: Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) line just east of 27th Street

Western Boundary: The Parkway (Highway 97)
